Rachel O’Neal | Bio

Rachel O’Neal has been a champion for her clients in her solo practice since 2013, having won more than $1,000,000 on behalf of her clients.  Prior to opening her own firm, Ms. O'Neal worked at a boutique medical malpractice law firm in downtown Portland for four years.  

Ms. O’Neal graduated magna cum laude from The Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College in 2011 after receiving a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Humanities from the University of West Florida in 2005. O’Neal Law Firm, PC focuses on representing plaintiffs in civil cases to recover for the harms they have suffered due to the fault of others.

Rachel O’Neal is a tenacious fighter with compassion for people who have suffered significant harms and losses. She was inspired to become a trial lawyer when her family became plaintiffs in a class action lawsuit against a chemical company that had contaminated the drinking water in her neighborhood in Pensacola, Florida. Ms. O’Neal earned a law degree so she could work for the people who need a powerful voice on their behalf when they are most vulnerable. Her clients are often traumatically injured, unable to work, in need of medical treatment, and overwhelmed navigating the insurance claims process.

Ms. O’Neal has handled a wide variety of injury cases involving medical malpractice, motor vehicle crashes, traumatic brain injuries, premises liability, drunk driving, excessive use of force, and battery.  O’Neal Law Firm believes in accountability and improving public safety through the power of payments.
